Another great way to build camaraderie, plan a day off for your team members to join together and participate in a day of service. Whether it’s collecting trash or planting a garden, this is a great way to contribute to your community – reach out to your local park service, food bank or other relevant organizations to see what needs your team can contribute to. - Create an Earth Day challenge
Have your employees become a “green team” and come up with ways to make your workplace more sustainable. Come up with prizes for the best suggestions and plan a day to celebrate the launch of new initiatives.
